Lightweight all-dielectric self-supporting optical cable

Product Description The structure of the optical cable is to insert single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic and filled with waterproof compound. Two non-metallic reinforcing parts serve as reinforcement and self-supporting support. Water-blocking yarn is placed in the gap of the cable core, and tear ropes are pre-embedded. A layer of polyethylene outer sheath is extruded on the surface to form a cable.

Installation method: It is mostly used for self-supporting overhead installation on short-distance wire towers and can also be used for shallow burial installation.

Application scope: Suitable for long-distance communication and inter-office communication, etc.

Execution standard: Refer to YD/T 901-2018 outdoor optical cable for stranded communication, or meet customer standards.

① The reasonable design and precise control of the excess length of the optical fiber in the loose tube and the cabling method endow the optical cable with excellent mechanical and environmental performance;

② Light in weight, small in cable diameter, simple in structure and affordable in price;

③ Two FRP reinforcing components provide excellent tensile performance, while the optical cable also has outstanding temperature performance.

④ The cross-section of the optical cable adopts dry water-blocking yarn and oil-filled water-blocking, which has excellent water-blocking and moisture-proof performance.

⑤ Optical cables are suitable for short-span overhead laying (80M or 120M self-supporting overhead) or shallow burial.
