1. Spinning Processing

• Pure Acrylic Yarn: Spun directly into 100% acrylic yarn. The 1.5D fine denier allows for the production of even, soft, and strong yarn.

• Blended Yarn: Blended with other fibers (e.g., wool, cotton, polyester, viscose) for spinning. The Matt property gives the blended yarn a softer color and helps reduce unwanted shine.

2. Main End-Product Directions
The yarns produced can be used to create various fabrics, ultimately for:

• Faux Wool Products: Such as sweaters, trousers, scarves, and hats. Acrylic is renowned for its excellent warmth and wool-like handfeel.

• Knitwear: For making knitted sweaters, T-shirts, sportswear, etc. The fine denier fiber makes the resulting fabric comfortable to wear against the skin.

• Home Textiles & Furnishings: For manufacturing blankets, carpets, plush fabrics, curtains, sofa covers, and cushions. The matt finish ensures the final products have a soft, textured, and sophisticated appearance.

• Toys & Crafts: Commonly used for plush fabrics in stuffed toys, and for making wigs, beards, etc.

Connection Between Product Specs & Application

• 1.5D (Denier) : Determines handfeel and yarn quality.

  • An ultra-fine fiber results in final products with a soft, smooth handfeel and good drape, suitable for skin-contact knitwear and high-end blankets.

  • This is a typical fiber length for cotton or worsted spinning systems, making it highly suitable for processing on standard spinning equipment and allowing for good blending with fibers like cotton and wool.

• Matt (Delustered) : Determines appearance and dyeing effect.

  • The addition of a delustering agent (e.g., titanium dioxide) gives it a non-glossy surface and a soft, elegant aesthetic.

  • This treatment results in richer, softer colors and avoids the "plastic look" or glare often associated with synthetic fibers.

  • Improves dyeing uniformity and color fastness.
