Structural Characteristics :
(1) Unique secondary shaft transmission
Advantages:
a. The structure is simple and easy to adjust the parallelism
between the secondary shaft and the main shaft;
b. Higher transmission efficiency;
c. Hanging rotor structure is beneficial for improving the service
life of main shaft bearings ；
d. The synchronous belt is not easy to slip, and the number of
meshing teeth on the synchronous belt is about three times that of
the two secondary shaft transmission structures;

Advantages:

b. The pressure roller with increased diameter is more practical
for formulas with high oil and protein content, and is less prone
to slipping;
c. The centerline of the two pressure rollers forms a certain angle
with the horizontal line to improve the efficiency of the ring mold
granulation;
(3) Reasonable installation position and adjustable blade angle
ensure the quality of feed cutting;
Advantages:
The angle adjustable scraper blade is designed to adjust the most
uniform fabric for different yields and formulas, making the
pressure
roller less prone to slipping and more suitable for formula raw
materials;
(4) Adjustable optimal loop mold line speed for processing
different feed needs;
(5) Easy to maintain, with low consumable parts and usage costs.
