Purpose of UVLED exposure machine:
UVLED exposure machine is mainly used in PCB circuit board
manufacturing, semiconductor production and high-precision fine
circuit exposure.
Working principle and characteristics:
1. Power saving, energy saving and cost reduction - the energy
consumed when the LED reaches a certain brightness is only about 15
watts, while the traditional lamp consumes 1500 watts of energy to
reach the same brightness. Even compared with UV halogen lamp, it
can save 80% of energy. Therefore, LED lamp is very energy-saving
and environment-friendly.
2. The lamp source system is guaranteed for 3 years and has a long
service life - the service life of LED lamp is more than 20000
hours.
3, a wider range of applications - LED lights are not infrared
heating, the heat is lower, so it will not affect the heat and
deformation of the media (such as foam plastic panels, foil, PVC,
etc.) in the printing process. In this way, the application range
of media is more extensive.
4. Fast response (SWITCHING) time - the LED lamp does not need to
be preheated. It can be printed immediately after starting up, and
the productivity can be improved.
5. High safety - LED lamps have no UVC rays, no ozone release, and
are not easy to be damaged.
6. High stability - the printing quality of UV inkjet printer has a
great relationship with the UV drying and curing process. The
stability of LED lamp makes the output energy predictable and
stable, so the printing effect is also predictable and stable.
7. Led deep curing of ink - the light wavelength emitted by LED
lamp is 395nm, which can deep cure the ink, so it will not happen
that the printing surface is dry but the bottom layer is not dry.
Printing on various media has strong adhesion and scratch
resistance.
8. Facing the high labor cost, the manual model will be upgraded to
automatic equipment, and the LED light source exposure machine is
widely used.
Exposure machine is an essential equipment for modern PCB
manufacturing. In the PCB manufacturing process, one of the key
processes is to transfer the negative image to the copper foil
substrate. First, a layer of photosensitive material (such as
liquid photosensitive adhesive, photosensitive resist dry film,
