Use:

PZ4040/2 gantry mobile CNC drilling machine is used for drilling holes in steel plates. The processed workpieces can be coupling plates on steel structure buildings, bridges and pylons, as well as large flanges, heat exchanger tube plates and so on. The application of this CNC drilling machine can make the whole process of drilling work reach the full automation degree with high precision and high efficiency. It is suitable for the drilling process of connection plates, foot plates, end plates, templates, flanges, structural parts and other parts in the industries of steel structures, bridges, electric power communication towers, boiler supports of thermal power stations and so on. The accuracy of the processed components meets the national standard “Steel Structure Construction Quality Acceptance Code” (No. GB50205-2001).

Features:

1. The maximum drilling diameter of this machine is up to 70mm, and the holes on the general coupling plate and footboard can be drilled.

2. The maximum workpiece thickness of 100mm, thinner boards can also be multi-layer stacked up drilling, the workpiece is clamped with a hydraulic clamp, the operator is very labor-saving, loading and unloading of workpieces to save time.

3. The maximum workpiece can be up to 4000 × 4000mm, if small pieces, can be mounted on the four corners of the worktable (Note: the tightening method is divided into hydraulic automatic tightening).

4. This machine is equipped with screws, guide rails, hydraulic parts, electrical components, CNC systems, inverters and other foreign brand-name products, machine reliability can be comparable to imported equipment, less failure.

5. The spindle downward drilling stroke of the machine reaches 220mm, so the length of the drill is not limited, the new drill can be used, wear and tear of the short can also be used. The downward movement of the drill is fast when it doesn't touch the workpiece, and once it touches the workpiece, it automatically turns into the working speed, and it automatically returns quickly after drilling through, so it saves time.
