The Dwyer Series 616KD One-Touch Differential Pressure Transmitter
is a compact, cost-effective instrument designed for precise
measurement of air and compatible gases. Its standout feature is
the One-Touch® digital push-button calibration technology, which
simplifies zero and span adjustment with a single press—eliminating
the need for cumbersome potentiometers or external calibration
tools. Available with standard 4-20 mA output or optional voltage
outputs (0-5 V/0-10 V), and factory-calibrated to specific ranges,
it is ideal for OEM applications, HVAC systems, and industrial
process monitoring where space, simplicity, and reliability are
critical.
Features
One-Touch® Calibration: A single push button adjusts both zero and
span, eliminating the need for manual potentiometer tuning or
external calibration equipment. This saves installation time and
reduces maintenance efforts over the device’s lifespan.
Compact and Versatile Design: Small form factor with optional 1/8"
NPT process connections (compatible with metal barbed or
compression fittings) makes it suitable for space-constrained OEM
applications. It can be mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail via side or
back clips for flexible installation.
Multiple Output Options: Standard 4-20 mA output for seamless
integration with industrial control systems; optional 0-5 V or 0-10
V voltage outputs to suit diverse monitoring needs.
Dual-Sized Pressure Connections: Integral barbed tubing connections
fit both 1/8" and 3/16" (3.12 mm and 4.76 mm) ID tubing, ensuring
compatibility with common tubing sizes.
Reliable Performance: Offers stability of ±1% FS/year and accuracy
options of ±0.25%, ±1%, or ±2% FS, ensuring consistent measurements
