1. Key safety features: multiple protections

Dual brake system: This is one of the most important safety measures. Usually includes:

Mechanical (load) brake: Normally closed design, relying on spring force braking, electric release. Even if the power is off, it can automatically brake the load to prevent falling.

Motor (electromagnetic) brake: Auxiliary braking, providing faster and smoother braking response.

Upper and lower limit switches: Accurately control the limit position of lifting and lowering to prevent the chain from over-rising (topping) or over-falling, protecting equipment and personnel safety.

Overload protection (some models): Some mid-to-high-end models will integrate mechanical or electronic overload protection devices (such as friction clutches or electronic sensors). When the load exceeds the rated tonnage (such as 110%), it can automatically cut off the power supply or slip to protect the core components of the hoist from damage.

Phase sequence protection (three-phase electricity): Prevent the control direction from being wrong due to the reverse phase sequence of the power supply.

Emergency stop button: There is a striking emergency stop button on the flashlight door, which can immediately cut off the power supply in an emergency.

When purchasing, you need to choose the appropriate working level according to the actual working conditions (daily use time, number of starts and stops per hour, average load rate).
