Premium Nylon 66 fiber (1.5 denier × 64mm) has become the material
of choice for automotive airbags, high-end technical textiles, and
industrial filtration fabrics due to its exceptional heat
resistance (continuous service temperature of 150°C) and wear
resistance (3 times higher than regular nylon). This PA66 staple
fiber is ISO 9001 certified and offers excellent fatigue resistance
and dimensional stability. The 1.5 denier ultrafine specification
ensures soft fabric texture, while the precise 64mm cut length
optimizes spinning process efficiency.
