Machinery Co., Ltd., found in 2002, is located in
Zhoushan——hometown of screws & barrels. The factory covers an area
of 22,000 square meters , currently has 80 employees.
The factory has a professional team made up of skilled maintenance
and production personnel, providing door-to-door measuring ,
designing, rebuilding and OEM.
Alven has its own nitriding workshop with 5 high-quality nitriding
furnaces and 3 tempering furnaces. The production lines are
equipped with over 100 units of CNC machining centers, screw
millings, lathes, large-scale machinery for double-barrel, boring
machines, grinders finishing &polishing machinery etc.
Alven's various innovative screws & barrels are widely used in
extrusion sheets, pipes, cast film, high-speed blown film, wires
and cables, plastic recycling granulation and other fields, and its
products are exported to many countries and regions around the
world, including Europe, America, Africa, Middle East, and
Southeast Asia.
