HF SERIES
Characteristic: Drawn cup needle roller clutch is a one-way clutch
that consists of a thin-walled stamped outer ring with a series of
ramps on the inner wall, a nylon cage, springs, and needle
rollers.They transmit high torques in one direction and are
particularly compact in the radial direction.There are two types of
clutches: with and without bearings. Drawn cup needle roller clutch
has a very high conversion accuracy, thanks to the fact that each
needle roller has an independent reed, which guarantees continuous
contact between the shaft, the needle roller and the ramp.Due to
the light weight of the clamped needle rollers and the small moment
of inertia, high conversion frequencies are allowed.They also have
a small transcendent frictional torque.Drawn cup needle roller
clutches can be used in a variety of app lications, such as
positioning clutches, backstop clutches and overtaking clutches. In
these app lications, drawn cup needle roller clutch is available
with an idling or locking function.
Drawn cup needle roller clutch without bearing : Needle roller
clutch HF without bearing but can transfer torque.Drawn cup roller
clutch HF with steel spring, but roller clutch KF use p lastic
spring.
Note: When using a drawn cup needle roller clutch without bearing,
the shaft must be aligned by a separate rolling bearing, otherwise
a drawn cup needle roller clutch with bearing is required.
Knur led : Drawn cup needle roller clutch with outer diameter has
the suffix R and are suitable for p lastic housings. The outer
surface of the stamped bezel is fully or partially knur led
axially.
Drawn cup roller clutch with bearing :The Needle Roller Clutch HFL
has integrated p lain or rolling bearings and is therefore able to
withstand torque as well as radial forces.
Drawn cup roller clutch HFL with steel spring, roller clutch KF use
p lastic spring.

Sealing : Drawn cup needle roller clutch is open at both ends
The shaft of the raceway must be hardened and ground. The raceway
surface hardness must be 670 HV + 170 HV and the hardening depth
CHD or SHD must be large enough (CHD 0.3 mm). The chamfer of the
shaft end face must be machined to approx. 1 mm and 15 °. The
design of the shaft is shown in the table below.
