Produced using a roll-wrapping technique—typically reserved for cylindrical tubes—this plate format leverages the same layering precision to create a flat, ultra-strong composite sheet.

Made from unidirectional carbon fiber layers combined with a woven outer layer (often 3K twill or plain weave), this plate offers superb rigidity and a high-end surface finish in both matte and glossy options.

Unlike molded or pultruded plates, roll-wrapped carbon fiber plates offer greater control over fiber orientation and uniformity, resulting in superior mechanical properties. This construction method provides optimal strength in both longitudinal and cross directions—making it a premium choice for performance-critical projects.
