Boiler Features:
1.Monitoring of water level: Equipped with water level electronic
detector to control the water level.
2.Setting time: The users can set the starting and stopping time as
their demand.
3.Electric leakage protection: When the elements of boiler have a
electric leakage, the control system will cut off power
automatically.
4.Water shorage protection: When the boiler is lack of water, the
system will turn off burner and raise alarm.
5.Over pressure protection:When the pressure of boiler is over your
setting point, burner will stop working and raise alarm.
6.Power abnormal protection:When the power ia abnormal, the boiler
will stop working immediately.
CWNS series atmospheric horizontal fuel(gas) hot water boiler is a
kind of horizontal internal combustion wet –back shell boiler,it is
constructed by shell,internal furnace,smoke-circling box,flue tube
and etc,it adopts the import burner and such fuel as light
oil,heavy oil,city gas,liquid fuel and etc.
The combustion chamber adopts the waveform internal furnace or the
direct-shape internal furnace,and the wet back structure with
buffwelding,thus avoding the characteristic that the back tube
board is easy to be burnt out caused by the flushing of high
temperature smoke gas,and ensuring the safety running of the
boiler.
The smoke gas adopts the three-return design,and the smoke tube
adopts the spiral spirally corrugated tube:the tubolator is
inserted inside the smoke tube,thus increasing the convection heat
transfer area and enhancing the heat transfer effect,the condersing
heat exchange can be additionally arranged at the sensible heat and
latent heat in the smoke gas,thereby improving the thermal
efficiency of the boiler(95%)
