The steam boiler is a typical double - drum vertical - type "D"
layout quick - installation water tube boiler.The burner is
arranged in the front wall. After the fuel is burned in the
furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the
convection tube bundle and the economizer.
SZS series steam boiler is a typical D-type double-pot tube
vertical water-tube boiler. According to the boiler capacity, there
are two kinds of quick-fix type and assembled type. The quick-fix
type is below the rated evaporation capacity of 20t/h, and the
assembled type is above 50t/h.
This steam boiler is composed of upper and lower boiler tube,
(superheater), furnace chamber, water cooling wall, convection tube
bundle and waste heat device. The combustion is arranged on the
front wall, and the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through
convection tube bundle and waste heat device after combustion.The
water cooling wall of the boiler is arranged in dense row or
membrane type, the flue gas partition wall is arranged in membrane
type and finned tube type, the inner guard plate is fully closed
welded structure, and the boiler is equipped with explosion-proof
door and other safety devices.

Features of SZS series steam boiler
-The mature design of D type and longitudinal double-drum water
tube boiler;

-100mm Aluminum silicate wool insulation material: less surface
temperature and heat loss;

-Multi-function explosion-proof device for safety and maintenance

-Intelligent boiler controller consisted of Simens PLC and touch
screen with full safety
protections like water temperature, exit flue gas temperature, etc;
-Main components, such as burners, pumps, water level meters,
valves are limited to
qualified suppliers and renowned brands;
-Each boiler shall be subject to strictly inspection and testing
before shipment, including
hydraulic testing , X ray inspection, factory test, etc;
-Boiler economizer is optional and possible to save 10% fuel and
decrease noise 20 dB;
-Applicable fuels: gas, oil, dual fuel.
Boiler Application:
SZS series oil gas water tube steam boiler is widely used for
industrial production which has large steam requirements. The hot
water boiler is used for offering hot water to hotel, school,
laundry, gym, farm, etc.
1) Textile industry - dyeing machine, drying rooms, high
temperature machine, resin setting machine.
2) Food industry - cooking, drying, vegetable oil refining.
