1. Boiler system
Condensing steam boiler is our group company introduced German technology, according
to the domestic.Boiler shell type three return wet back fuel oil
(gas) boiler designed with advanced technology and experience.The
boiler is operated automatically. After the fuel is atomized by the
burner, a torch is formed to fill the full corrugated furnace
chamber and transmit the radiant heat through the furnace chamber
wall. This is the first return journey.The high temperature flue
gas generated by combustion converged in the backburner room, and
turned into the second return journey, namely the area of the
spiral pipe tube bundle. After convection heat transfer, the flue
gas temperature gradually decreased to the front smoke box, and
then turned into the third return journey, namely the area of the
light pipe tube bundle. Then the smoke box flowed into the chimney,
and finally discharged into the atmosphere.
This series of steam boiler have the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency,
energy saving, environmental protection, easy maintenance, durable,
automatic intelligent control, etc.All the performance indexes are
higher than the design requirements and have reached the advanced
level at home and abroad.

3. Boiler structure characteristics
1. Horizontal full wet back structure, compact overall layout,
beautiful and generous.
2. External integrated finned tube economizer, external independent
condenser, compact structure, easy maintenance.
3. Adopt reasonable heating surface structure design to effectively
control smoke resistance.
4. Use frequency conversion water supply and control technology to
ensure the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas.
5. The condenser adopts special steel with low dew point corrosion

6. The combination of programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch
screen and the addition of buttons to achieve manual and automatic
dual-channel intelligent control system.
7. It has a full range of online help, multi-level Chinese pop-up
menu and fault maintenance guide, which greatly facilitates user

8. The interlocking protection function ensures the safe and
efficient operation of the boiler.
9. The programmable logic controller (PLC) has sufficient reserved
ports and modular expansion modules, which can realize group
control, remote monitoring and building control, and reduce
repeated investment for the development of users' special needs.
10. Multiple boilers can be networked, and the number of boilers
can be automatically selected and the load of each boiler can be
allocated without setting the main console.
