YY(Q)W series oil fired thermal oil boiler is an safe and energy
saving boiler with working characteristics of low working pressure
(0.8 MPa) and high temperature (330℃).
The heat carrier is heat conduction oil, the circulating pump force
heat transfer medium circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer
heat to heat user equipment, then return to the heating furnace for
reheating. Jinzhen Boiler has a mature R&D and design team,
could customize the boilers based on customers’ requirement.
Main features of industrial thermal oil boiler:
(1) Access to low-pressure high-temperature thermal medium,
convenient adjustment, heat evenly, to meet precise process
temperature.
(2) Liquid circulation heat, no condensation heat loss emissions,
high thermal efficiency heating system.

the volume change in the compensation measures within the system.

What is conduction oil/ hot oil / heat transfer fluid?
Conduction oil has a high boiling point, it usually used for the
industries that need the temperature of 150~350℃, to instead of
steam. The hot oil has the advantages of high transfer efficiency,
fast heat transfer, and good thermal stability.
As the heat-transfer medium, hot oil has the characteristics of:
1.Achieve high operation temperature (350℃), under the low working
pressure (<1.1Mpa).
2.Decrease the working pressure of high temperature heating system,
improve safety and stability of system and equipment.
Fit for process requirement on wider temperature range (180).
