Introduction
This steam boiler adopt chain grate,suitable for molding pellet
fuel,can add a small amount of wood,wood block,also can burn with
coal.

Performance characteristics
Efficient heat transfer components of a threaded pipe, with
reasonable flue gas velocity, the boiler thermal efficiency is
higher than the national professional standards 6-8 percentage
points.
· Convex tube plate, threaded pipe so that the boiler shell by
quasi-rigid body becomes subject to an elastomer, with airfoil flue
completely avoid the traditional fireworks tube boiler tube plate
temperature cracking ills.
· Reasonable water circuit and a unique backwater ejector device

Advantage

Function: ectend the flow of smoke and enhance the heat transfer.
2. Water-fire tube type.
Function:Fire tube:the flue goes through furnace, wing-shape flue
and fire tubes to form three pass as said in the above.Water tube:
water in some tubes rises after heating and some declines, which
forms a natural circulation.
3.Spirally corrugated tube
Function:heat transfer enhancement, reduce the spirally corrugated
tube numbers, and improve the suppleness to avoid the tube plate
cracking.
4.Arched tube plate
Function:reduce the thermal stress of weld and improve the tube
plate suppleness,meantime, simplify the structure and save the
boiler room space.

1. What are the limitation (size, humidity, chemical element
concentrations) of coal fuel/solid fuel/wood fuel?
Size requirement of coal:6-25mm
Size requirement of blending coal: <50mm (the coal less than 6mm
should less than 30%)
Diameter of biomass particle: 6~10mm, length: 25~50mm, water
content < 15%, ash content < 2%, sulphur content<0.07%,
chlorinity <0.07%, nitrogen content < 0.5%
2. What is the combustion mode of coal/biomass fired boiler?
The combustion mode of coal/biomass fired boiler is layer
combustion. Place the flue on the fixed or moved grate, to form an
evenly fuel bed with a certain thickness, air comes from the bottom
of grate, and combustion occurred on the fuel bed.
3. What is the height of chimney?
The chimney is usually 30m, irrespective of the special
circumstances.
4. What are the heat-resistance temperature of grate and furnace?
The heat resistance temperature of grate is related to the grate
material, the highest temperature could be as high as 1200℃, and
the lower temperature could be 700℃.
The highest heat resistance temperature of furnace could be about
1700℃~1800℃.
5. What is the temperature of smoke gas?
The highest temperature of smoke gas is 165℃.
6. How long can the coal/biomass fired boiler works?
Coal/biomass boilers could work for 10~15 years, under correct
operation, high water and coal quality, etc.
