Product Description

Color-coated aluminum coil is a composite material created by applying multiple layers of organic coatings onto the surface of an aluminum coil. These coatings are applied through a process of color coating followed by baking to cure the layers. The surface of the aluminum alloy coil is colored, which contributes to its stable performance and resistance to corrosion. Typically, it can maintain its color for a minimum of eight years. This material is characterized by its low density, high hardness, and lightweight nature.

Color-coated aluminum coil combines the benefits of both aluminum coil and organic materials. It retains the high mechanical strength, good toughness, and ease of processing and forming associated with aluminum coil. Additionally, it incorporates the excellent coloring, decorative appeal, and corrosion resistance of organic polymer coatings. This material can be easily subjected to processes such as punching, bending, deep drawing, and welding. Products made from it are practical, easy to process, and durable.

Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 780,000 square meters and currently has 2,000 employees. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers. 

With the development of our business, our company has been awarded titles such as "Top 100 Enterprises in Henan Province", "Economic and Efficiency Gold Award", and "Top 30 Enterprises in Henan Province".
