Product Description
Cement pouring formwork structure is a lightweight, structural
stay-in-place formwork system used to build reinforced concrete
walls. It is composed of two filtering grids made of rib lath and
reinforced by C-profiles. The grids are attached to each other with
articulated rebar connectors.
Once Cement pouring formwork mesh is secured to the ground,
concrete is poured inside. The excess water eliminates itself
through the grids while the fluid concrete becomes semi-solid. The
elimination of the excess water decreases pressure against the
grids. We remains inside the structure and acts as reinforcement.
We constructions can be completed simply, rapidly and cost
effectively with non-qualified labor.

Rib Lath
Expanded metal with rib produced from commercial quality cold
rolled and hot galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM C 847.
0.5 mm thickness.
C-Profiles
Produced from commercial quality cold rolled and hot galvanized
steel in accordance with ASTM C 847.
0.6 mm thickness.
Connectors
Made from steel in coil grade B DIN 17 223 or equivalent.
20 mm width.
1.5mm thickness.
Longitudinal Rebar
Made from Fe 400 (French Norm) or equivalent.
500 N/mm2 elasticity limit.
700 N/mm2 traction strength.
5 mm diameter (minimum).
