1. Definition and Use
Vibrating feeder (also known as vibrating feeder) is mainly used to
evenly and continuously convey lumpy and granular materials from
the silo to the receiving device, and at the same time, the
materials can be coarsely screened. It is commonly used in sand and
gravel production lines, metallurgy, coal mines, building materials
and other industries, as a key component of crushing and screening
combined equipment.

2.Excitation source driven
The equipment generates excitation force through a vibrating motor
or a double eccentric shaft exciter, so that the trough vibrates in
a periodic linear manner along the inclination direction.
Vibrating motor: The two motors run synchronously in the opposite
direction, canceling the transverse force and retaining only the
longitudinal excitation force.
Double eccentric shaft: the active and passive shafts rotate in the
opposite direction, and transmit power through gear meshing to
adapt to the impact of large materials.
Material movementThe material jumps forward along the parabolic trajectory under the
action of vibration to achieve continuous conveying.
3. Structural composition
Core components
Tank body: bearing materials, using U-shaped or steel plate
structure, some models with grate strips for screening.
Exciter: A vibrating motor or eccentric shaft assembly that adjusts
the excitation force to control the flow rate.
Spring mounts: cushion vibrations, support the groove and absorb
shocks.
Auxiliary design
Sealed body: prevent dust leakage and adapt to environmental
protection needs.
Frequency conversion speed regulation: dynamic flow control is
realized through motor frequency adjustment
