1. Compact structure and small footprint:
The single-column design only requires a small ground foundation
(usually fixed by anchor bolts), does not rely on plant columns or
walls, and has low site requirements.
It is very suitable for areas with limited space and cannot install
large cranes or gantry cranes.
2. The cantilever can be rotated horizontally around the column
(usually 180°, 270° or 360°) to form a fan-shaped or circular
working area.
The effective working radius is usually between 2 meters and 6
meters (depending on the model), and the operator can easily lift
the material to the desired location within the coverage of the
cantilever.
3. Electric lifting, labor-saving and efficient operation:
Use electric chain hoist as the lifting mechanism, and control the
lifting and lowering by buttons.
Compared with manual hoists, it greatly saves manpower and has a
faster lifting speed (usually 3-8 meters/minute), especially
suitable for occasions where 250kg of materials are frequently
lifted.
The operation is simple, and the lifting and lowering can be
completed by pressing a button.
4. Smooth operation and precise positioning:
The column and cantilever structure are designed to be sturdy to
ensure the stability of the lifting process.
The electric hoist runs smoothly, and with the flexible rotation of
the cantilever, it can achieve precise positioning of materials
within the coverage range, which is convenient for assembly,
alignment and other fine operations.
