This machine group consists mainly of twin conical screws extruder,
vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc.
single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C
inverter, both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent
products.
The drawing machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type,
four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, etc.
Saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied, it is additionally
applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing
device, the property of machine group is reliable, the production
efficiency is high.
With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner
wall hollow pipe, and core layer bulpo pipe, etc, it can also
produce PP, PE, ABS, & PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and pipe
material of other material.
The planet-shaped cutting machine is fully automatic computer
digital control, it has such advantages of simple operation,
reliable property, etc. It has reached world advanced level.
Tech Features & Advantages
Special screw structure, efficient plasticization for different
type of formula;
Flexible use conical and parallel extruder for pipes with different
pressure levels and CaCO3 conditions;

Product detail
Raw Material Feeding
PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are pre-mixed
and fed into the extruder hopper.
Twin screw extruder machine
The twin-screw extruder conveys, compresses, and melts the PVC
mixture under controlled heating zones.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
The vacuum calibration tank adopt two chamber structure: the vacuum
calibration and cooling parts. Both of vacuum tank and spraying
cooling tank adopt stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system
ensures precise sizing for pipes.
Haul-off Unit
The three caterpillar on the haul-off machine ensures produced pipe
running stably and steady. The haul-off units can make tailored
hauling model based on certain production requirement by adjusting
the general control.
Cutting Unit
The high accuracy encoder ensures a precise and stable cutting
length. With PLC control system, it can be cut by manual operation
according to the specific application.

2. The dust collector is added to effectively reduce dust
pollution.
3. The discharging of the main fan reduces the labor intensity of

5. The mill uses the water and wind double cooling system, Prevent
bearing, and other parts from overheating.
6. The powder mesh is adjustable(15-100mesh).
