1.Product Overview
The UTCG5568BS is a handheld ultrasonic imager with explosion-proof rating Ec ic IIC T6 G. It utilizes microphone array beamforming technology to capture acoustic source distribution data, while a high-definition camera simultaneously records real-time video footage. By integrating acoustic source distribution data with video imagery through acoustic-visual fusion, it dynamically displays changing acoustic sources on the display screen. Compact and lightweight with intuitive operation, it enables rapid deployment. Adjusting parameters such as test frequency range and dynamic range suffices for most testing requirements. Supports photo and video modes, expandable high-capacity storage cards for swift data export and analysis. Widely applied in: Partial Discharge Detection: Power generation plants, transmission lines, substations, distribution systems, and other electrical industries. Enables visual localization of partial discharge in electrical equipment with adjustable frequency bands, long-range non-contact operation, and large-area efficient screening. Gas Leak Detection: Gas, chemical, metallurgical, manufacturing, and related sectors. Achieves visual leak detection with 30m range measurement, intelligently calculates leak severity and loss levels, and features a focus function to reduce interference from other noises.

(4) Gas leakage detection
Detect local discharge in the joints of high-voltage electrical equipment, insulator discharge, and internal equipment of electrical cabinets. In the local discharge mode, the PRPD spectrum is enabled by default. The types and levels of local discharge can be displayed in the spectrum.

The panoramic image shooting function enables the capture of a wide-angle infrared image, facilitating comprehensive analysis. The image and data information are clearly visible at a glance.

Detect local discharge in the joints of high-voltage electrical equipment, insulator discharge, and internal equipment of the electrical cabinet. In the local discharge mode, the PRPD spectrum is enabled by default. The types and levels of local discharge can be displayed in the spectrum.
(7) Three positioning modes - single sound source, multiple sound sources, holographic
It has the ability to distinguish different sound sources, and can accurately locate and display the position and intensity distribution of the sound sources. When the signal-to-noise ratio is high, acoustic imaging can be performed using single-source or multi-source modes.
