Freezing Fine Tube Cutter Operation Steps:
Pull back the push rod of the insemination gun, insert the thin
tube, and cut off the sealing part of the thin tube.
Remove the thin tube from the liquid nitrogen tank and immediately
place it in 38°C warm water. When placing the thin tube, the cotton
plug end of the tube should face downwards, with the sealing end
facing upwards, and the seal should be exposed to water. Wait until
the
color inside the tube changes (at this time, the temperature inside
the tube is approximately around 4 degrees Celsius, and it usually
takes
about 10 to 15 seconds), then quickly move the tube to 4-degree
cold water (the seal still exposes water) and maintain this
temperature
until insemination.
In addition, the blade is hidden inside the scissors, preventing
scratches during use. The scissors are compact and very convenient
to
carry; they can be attached to a key for easy portability.
After cutting the frozen fine tube, put on the insemination outer
sleeve, remove the plastic seal, and tighten the outer sleeve
downwards
for locking.
After insemination, the plastic tubing is generally discarded.
