It combines a seamless carbon steel base tube (ASME SA106 Gr.B) with spiral G-type aluminum fins mechanically embedded into precision-grooved surfaces. This interlocking design achieves 100% metallurgical contact, eliminating thermal resistance while providing 25% higher heat transfer efficiency than L-fin tubes in economizers, air preheaters, and thermal oil systems up to 400°C (752°F).
