Product Description:
Based on the design specifications, the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan
Railway tunnel requires a minimum excavation clearance section of 5
meters in width and 6 meters in height. Currently, the available
arch installation trolleys in the market are primarily utilized for
arch operations in large and medium-sized tunnel sections, with a
minimum operating range of more than 6 meters in width and 6 meters
in height.
In light of this, we propose the development of two sets of arch
trolley construction plans tailored for single-track tunnels like
those found in the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan Railway project.
These specially designed trolleys will ensure efficient and safe
operation within the specified dimensions of the tunnel clearance
section.

Applications:
The KGJ312 articulated arch installation trolley can meet the minimum section of 5 meters (width) * 5 meters
(height) for vertical arch operation, and can be used for tunnel
arch construction of various sections such as inclined shafts, flat
guides, cross passages, and main tunnels of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway tunnel . However, it is necessary to transport three sections of multiple
arch frames to the palm face in advance.
After improvement, KGM12300 can meet the minimum section of 5 meters (width) * 6 meters
(height) for vertical arch operation. Multiple arches of Unit A can
be carried by oneself, but the height of the secondary lining
trolley is required to be no less than 4.2 meters.
The above two options can be selected according to the actual
on-site situation of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway tunnel .
