Bronze Flanged Bushing, wrapped bronze bearing with through holes

E92 is deriving from E90; the difference between E90 & E92 is Indentations on working surface, which substituted by throughholes. Theses holes will allow greater capacity to collect lubricant, which build up a lubrication film at the start of movement and reduce the frication. It is suitable for high load, lower speed application like construction, transport, and agriculture machinery.

Flange bushings are sleeve type bearings with a “flange” or “shoulder” on one end. The flange serves multiple functions.

Basic Features
Bronze cloth hole bearing is based on CuSn6.5P0.1 or CuSn8P0.3 bronze, with uniform and orderly oil injection holes. Add lubricating grease after assembly. The bearing has the advantages of large oil storage, easy installation and small design, and can be used instead of copper sleeves, greatly reducing costs
