Introduction
NHJ480 series leak detector is a fully automatic mobile helium mass
spectrum leak detector, mute wheel design, suitable for many harsh
vacuum industry.
Using helium mass spectrometry and inverse diffusion
principle,using 180° inhomogeneous magnetic field and automatic
control technology. Automatic helium peak scanning, automatic
calibration and automatic range switching are realized.
It has the characteristics of short start time, fast operation
speed, high detection sensitivity and strong anti-interference
ability.
Functions
Large leak detection function: When the preset pressure is not
reached during evacuation, the leak detector will automatically
alarm and prompt.
Multiple measurement unit options, real-time update of detection
data, and direct output to generate Excel tables.
Multiple large-leak protection modes are provided to fully protect
the ion source from oxidation and prevent the molecular pump from
being impacted when exposed to the atmosphere.
Handheld remote control unit, with unobstructed range up to 150
meters for remote detection.
One-click start-up, automatic zero adjustment, and automatic
calibration.
