3. Working principle of high-pressure pump: The crankshaft drives
the connecting rod to push the plunger to perform high-pressure
reciprocating motion
(1) Material: Pump head: 40CR nickel-plated alloy Plunger:
stainless steel nickel-plated alloy
(2) Box: ductile iron, good heat dissipation, not easy to deform,
hard texture
(3) Bearing: Babbitt alloy, high wear resistance
(4) Connecting rod: cast steel
(5) Crankshaft: After round steel forging, flaw detection, and heat
treatment, the texture is denser and the hardness can reach 58
Main Application:
