By leveraging precisely engineered extruder screws and barrels,
cutting-edge pipe die configurations, and optimally designed
cooling systems, this production line ensures the high-quality
manufacture of PERT insulated pipes. Its performance and

The characteristic of this production line is that the pouring
process of polyurethane foam is continuous. The inner pipe is
continuously conveyed into the pouring area together with the
polyurethane foam mixture, then coated and formed with a film, and
then passed through a round die head to be coated with the outer
protective layer extruded by the extruder.

This kind of pipe is a new generation of PU insulation pipe, with
many advantages, such as light, easy operation, few joints, and
good flexibility.
It is mainly used to transport heat from main pipe system to
