Metal Wire Repeated Bending Testing Machine

This testing machine is mainly composed of two parts: the main body and the electrical measurement and control system. It uses mechanical transmission to apply the test torque. A sample of a certain diameter or thickness is passed through the guide sleeve and clamped in two specified-sized jaws. Pressing the button causes the sample to repeatedly bend left and right by 90 degrees. The bending test times are detected by the photoelectric switch. After the sample breaks, the equipment automatically stops, and the LCD touch screen controller displays and records the bending test times.
