Consolidated Oxidation Blower Used in Food Processing Plant Paper Mill
Product Introduction
Technical specifications such as model number, bore size, rotational speed (r.p.m.), discharge pressure, airflow capacity, and power consumption are listed in the performance tables for each blower.
The air capacity in the tables is indicated in the standard suction state.The standard suction state herein mentioned is defined as the condition at 20℃ temperature, 1.0332Kgf/cm2 (101.3KPa) absolute pressure and 65% relative humidity.
The reference air capacity (temperature 0℃ and 1.0332kgf/cm2 (101.3kpa) absolute pressure) is generally indicated in Nm3/min.
However, it may be converted into the standard air capacity by the following equation, if the suction pressure is equal.
Qs = QNx1.0732
Where, Qs: standard air capacity (m3/min); and
QN: reference air capacity (m3/min).
Standard air capacity can be derived from discharge air capacity using the conversion formula below.
Qs = Qdx (1.0332+Pd)/ 1.0332x(273+Ts)/(273 + Td)
Where, Qd : discharge air capacity, in m3/min;
Pd : discharge pressure, in Kgf/cm2,
Ts : suction temperature, in ℃,
Td : discharge temperature, in ℃.
Performance tables contain technical specifications like model number, bore, operating speed, discharge pressure, air capacity, and power consumption for each blower.
