Features:
D51Y ring rolling machine, with a novel and reasonable structure,
draws on user experience, adopts the advantages of some imported
equipment, and selects new supporting parts;
The guide surface of the slider is 5-6 times longer than the
stroke, with a rectangular cross-section, reasonable force
distribution, high guiding accuracy, and long service life;
The cylinder adopts the international standard cylinder with
polyurethane YX sealing ring, which is reliable in sealing,
wear-resistant, and has low motion resistance;
The precision rolling mechanism adopts synchronous belt
transmission, which is easy to operate, stable in operation, and
has a large adjustable range;
The selection and distribution of spindle bearings are relatively
reasonable, and the rolling wheel has high rotational accuracy;
The lower support part is fixed in the rectangular frame with a
wedge iron, making adjustment and maintenance very convenient;
The lower support bearing has good sealing to ensure normal
operation in harsh environments;
We have selected a standard reducer and a Y-shaped motor, both of
which are placed on the same seat, with a compact structure and
easy installation and maintenance;
Compressed air is released through a muffler, eliminating noise
pollution.

Applications:
The DRC-D51Y vertical ring rolling machine is suitable for the hot
rolling and expansion process of ring hair, and is widely used in
the processing and production of non welded ring parts such as
bearings, flat welding flanges, large diameter flanges, and small
thin-walled barrel parts. It can roll various metal materials,
including high-temperature alloy steel, bearing steel, ordinary
carbon steel, copper, and aluminum, and has low requirements for
front-end drilling, which can improve production efficiency and
product accuracy.
