• Function

1.Power Transmission in Clutch System: If it is a clutch friction plate, it is loed between the flywheel and the pressure plate. When the clutch is engaged, the friction plate is tightly pressed between the flywheel and the pressure plate. Due to the friction, the friction plate rotates at the same speed as the flywheel, transmitting the engine power to the gearbox. When the clutch pedal is depressed, the pressure on the friction plate is released, and the friction between it and the flywheel decreases, interrupting the power transmission.

2.Speed Change and Torque Adjustment in Transmission: In the transmission system, the friction plate cooperates with the steel plate to form a friction pair, which is used to control the engagement and disengagement of different gear - shifting elements, so as to achieve speed change and torque adjustment, enabling the vehicle to adapt to different driving conditions.
