U-bend carbon steel high-frequency welding (HFW) finned tubes are widely used in economizers due to their excellent heat transfer properties, durability, and compact design.Economizers are critical components in boilers and heat recovery systems.

U-bend HFW ensures a metallurgical bond between the fin and the base tube, enhancing heat transfer efficiency and mechanical strength.The welded joint minimizes gaps where corrosion can initiate and welded fins resist mechanical damage and vibration.As for U-bend radius, fin pitch, and tube length can be tailored to economizer design.
