1. Basic parameters
Capacity range: 50g / 100g / 120g / 150g (customizable according to needs)
Material:
Can body: PP (polypropylene) or PET (environmentally friendly plastic), some with acrylic material to enhance the texture.
Lid: PP/PET of the same material, or metal electroplated cover (such as zinc alloy).
Inner liner: optional aluminum foil sealing layer or PE inner pad to prevent paste leakage.

Size (example):
50g: diameter about 72mm × height 37mm
100g: diameter about 72mm × height 61.5mm
150g: diameter about 72mm × height 77mm
(Specific size needs to be adjusted according to the density of the paste)

2. Process and design
Surface treatment:
Frosted texture: achieved by sandblasting or special mold biting process.
Printing: silk screen printing, hot stamping/hot silver, self-adhesive, spray + water transfer, etc. (customizable logo or pattern).
Flip cover structure:
Spring hinge or snap design, the opening and closing angle is usually 90°-180°.
Some designs have magnetic suction function to enhance sealing.
Sealing:
Silicone sealing ring or ultrasonic welding process, leak-proof and anti-oxidation.

3. Function expansion
Accessories: Optional scoop (placed in the cover or packaged separately).
Special needs:
Ultraviolet protection (add anti-UV agent).
Antibacterial material (such as silver ion coating).
