1.Am new to embroidery business, how do I choose embroidery machine?
It depends on the business you want to deal in. For example, if you want to do embroider on both
cap and tshirt, you can choose the machine with cap attachment. If you just want to embroider on
tshirt because cap embroidery has no market in your local city. You can choose just tshirt and flat
embroidery. All of our machines have accessories sent for free to meet your demands for cap, tshirt
and flat embroidery.

3.Do we need some more installment once we receive the machine?
No need for more installment, the machine will be packed as complete one. Only one thing
needing to be done is guide the threads. We will have video copied in the USB which will be put
in the tool box for your better understanding!
4.Does the computer must be compatible with some special design format?
Yes friend, DST and DSB format will be.
5.Then how can we make the design into DST and DSB format?
There are many digitizing softwares which can make the designs, such as Wilcom, Dahao and
etc..If you need buy, we can supply it also.
6.This is the first time I do importing. How to ship the machine to me?
We can ship machine either by sea or by air. Please just inform us of the nearest sea port name
or airport name when you contact us. and we will check the freight for you.
7.Do we need pay anything else if we received the machine?
Yes, there will be some importing tax according to the law of your country ^_^
8.How to make the payment to you?
Mainly, Wire transfer(TT) is the most commonly used method. Credit card, Echecking, Cash is
also acceptable on our side.
9.If there is some faulty with the machine, how can we repair it?
We will help you with it via online video. Whatsapp video call is very convenient, you can our
machine directly and follow the steps of technician. We can also do service overseas if customer
needs
10.What's the warranty for the machine?
It's 2 years for the whole machine and 3 years for the control system. During the warranty,
customer can send the faulty parts back for repairing(easily broken parts are excluded)
