3M Scotch-Weld DP810 is a two-part low-odour acrylic adhesive with
Green Base and White Accelerator. It features a 1:1 mix ratio,
10-minute worklife, and achieves handling strength (50 psi shear)
in 10 minutes, designed for bonding metals, plastics, and rubber
with minimal surface prep.

DP810 combines low-odour properties with high strength, maintaining
3450 psi shear strength (cohesive failure) on oily metals and
stable bonding from -20°F to 180°F. Its rapid cure (24-hour full
cure) suits automated production, replacing mechanical fasteners.
