Basic Properties
3M Scotch-Weld DP760 is a two-part toughened epoxy adhesive
supplied as a white paste base and white paste accelerator. It
features a non-sag consistency, a mix ratio of 100:32 by weight,
and a worklife of 60-80 minutes (5g mass at 23°C), designed for
high-temperature applications.
Product Description
DP760 achieves exceptional high-temperature performance through
room-temperature curing. Its toughened formulation maintains bond
strength up to 230°C and exhibits outstanding resistance to
solvents (e.g., fuel, hydraulic oil). Three cure cycles (including
thermal acceleration) offer flexibility for diverse manufacturing
processes.
