3M Scotch Weld TL77 is a red high-strength permanent thread locking
adhesive designed specifically for rough thread fasteners with a
diameter not exceeding 38mm. Its anaerobic properties solidify
under conditions that isolate air and metal ions, forming a hard
adhesive layer that effectively prevents vibration, corrosion, and
leakage. The typical viscosity is 7000pps, with a wide temperature
range (-54 ° C to 149 ° C), an initial curing time of less than 60
minutes, and a complete curing time of 24 hours
Product Introduction
TL77 fills thread gaps completely, delivering superior mechanical
strength and sealing for high-load applications (e.g., gear
housings, motor mounts). Resistant to solvents, fuels, and
industrial fluids, it bonds steel, aluminum, etc. Specs: 50ml/tube,
10 tubes/box, 12-month shelf life. Post-cure shear strength reaches
22MPa, replacing mechanical washers to reduce failure risks.

Permanent Load-Bearing: Post-cure torque resistance ≥30N·m, ideal
for heavy bolts in construction/ marine applications, exceeding
industry impact resistance standards.
