Product Introduction
DCB is a flexible, black opaque modified alkyd conformal coating
specifically engineered for protecting electronic circuitry.Formulated to meet the highest defense standards in Europe and the
US, it operates reliably in extreme temperatures (-70°C to +200°C)
and is UL94 V-1 flammability certified.The coating offers superior solvent resistance (optimized at 120°C
curing) and can be applied via spray, dip, or brush methods.
Enhanced Properties
DCB resists solvents used in aerospace/automotive industries. The
heat-cured coating operates stably from -70°C to +200°C, with
maximum solvent resistance achieved at 120°C curing.
Offers flexible curing schedules: Ambient (24h@25°C), Commercial
(2h@20°C + 2h@90°C), Military (12h@25°C + 24h@90°C), meeting varied
application demands.
Applicable by spraying, dipping or brushing (25-75μm thickness).
Spraying requires 1:1 dilution with DCT thinners to 50-80mPa·s;
dipping viscosity must be 180-250mPa·s.
