Basic Product Properties
3M DP460 is a gray-white two-part epoxy structural adhesive (A:B
volume ratio 2:1) with a 60-minute work life (24°C). It achieves a shear strength of 4500 PSI after 24-hour room-temperature curing. Suitable for metals,
plastics, carbon fiber, etc., with a service temperature range of -55°C to 121°C. Compliant with MIL-A-23941A military standard and UL-HB certification
Product Overview
DP460 delivers exceptional impact resistance and fatigue resistance
through a toughened formula, maintaining stable bonds in vibrating,
humid, or chemically corrosive environments. Non-polluting,
non-whitening, and low-odor after curing, meeting eco-standards (GB
33372-2020 VOC limits). Its "non-sag" property (DP460NS variant)
prevents displacement on vertical surfaces, requiring dedicated EPX
applicators and mixing nozzles for uniform mixing
