Based on thermoplastic resin technology, LN-2250 offers excellent flowability and workability with rapid room-temperature curing to form high-strength bonds. The hardened film appears white without damaging substrates, demonstrating outstanding performance in impact resistance, heat resistance, separation resistance, and weatherability. Certified to UL746C and QOQW2, it guarantees long-term reliability in electronic applications.
