X23-7762 is a thermal interface material designed by Shin-Etsu
Chemical for high-performance semiconductors. Its unique
formulation balances high thermal conductivity (6.5 W/m·K) with low
thermal resistance (12.8 mm²·K/W). The inclusion of an "Application
Chemical" enables easy dispensing or printing during application,
while post-flash viscosity ensures stable performance.
Unique Features
Application Flexibility: Low initial viscosity (140 Pa·s) for easy
screening/dispensing, while post-flash viscosity (700 Pa·s)
enhances durability.
