by Shin-Etsu, with the chemical name 3-Glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane (CAS No. 2530-83-8). Its molecular weight is 236.3, and it excels in enhancing adhesion between inorganic and
organic interfaces, making it ideal for composites, coatings, and

Product Introduction
KBM-403 leverages both epoxy and methoxysilane groups to
dramatically improve the bonding strength between resins/rubbers
and inorganic substrates (e.g., glass, metals, fillers). Its groups
react faster than ethoxy silanes, rapidly forming stable bonds with
surface hydroxyl groups. The epoxy group is compatible with most
thermoset/thermoplastic resins (e.g., epoxy, PU, acrylic), enabling
