The CQW61110F horizontal lathe is specially designed for heavy-duty parts processing. It has a maximum rotary diameter of 1100mm, a spindle through hole of 104mm, and is equipped with a 15kW high-torque motor, making it suitable for powerful turning of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The bed is made of high-strength castings with resin sand. The guide rails have undergone ultrasonic frequency quenching and precision grinding, featuring excellent wear resistance and precision retention, and can withstand heavy cutting. The modular design supports personalized configuration and is suitable for processing large components in industries such as energy and shipping.
