    Information Gathering: We learn customers’ demands and analysis their custom requirements. The LED fixture’s power, heat dissipation requirements, space limitations,quantity needs and budget are important factors in this custom services.

    Design and Solution Confirmation: We will evaluate the drawings of heat dissipation if you already provide the detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings. If you only has a concept or sketch, we can provide design assistance, including dimensions, fin geometry, structure, and mounting method.

    Raw Material Preparation: After both parties agree on the production, we procures standard-complaint aluminum alloy materials( e.g. 6061, 6063 grade aluminum bars or plates.

    CNC Precision Machining:

    1) Programming: Engineers generate CNC machining programs (G-code and M-code) based on the 3D model.

    2) Workpiece Fixturing: The aluminum alloy raw material is securely clamped onto the CNC machine’s worktable.

    3) CNC Machining: The CNC machine automatically performs a series of precision machining operations—such as milling, drilling, tapping, cutting, and chamfering—according to the programmed instructions.This gradually removes excess material to form the heat sink's precise shape and structure. Complex heat sinks may require multi-axis CNC machining.

    Post-Processing and Surface Treatment:

    1) Deburring/Cleaning: After machining, the heat sink is deburred and cleaned of any chips and oil generated during the process.

    2) Surface Treatment: Surface treatment is applied according to client requirements. Common treatments include:

    3) Anodizing: Forming a hard, corrosion-resistant, insulative, and aesthetically pleasing oxide layer, available in various colors (e.g., black, silver).

    4) Sandblasting/Brushing: Improving surface texture and enhances aesthetics.

    5) Electrophoresis and Powder Coating: Providing additional protection and color options.

    6) Passivation: Enhances corrosion resistance.


    Quality Inspection:

    1) Dimensional Inspection: Precision measuring tools (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers) are used to inspect the heat sink's dimensions and geometric tolerances, ensuring they comply with drawing requirements.

    2) Surface Quality Check: The surface treatment effect is checked for scratches, defects, and other imperfections.

    3) Functional Testing (Optional): If required, thermal performance tests may be conducted.

    4) Inspection Report Issuance: A detailed quality inspection report is provided.

    Common Materials in Producing Aluminum Heat Dissipation for LED Lighting:

    Aluminum Alloy 6061: Characteristics: This alloy offers excellent thermal conductivity , good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability.

    Aluminum Alloy 6063: Characteristics: excellent thermal conductivity (similar to 6061, around 167 W/m·K). Its extrusion performance is particularly good, and it achieves an excellent aesthetic finish after surface treatments like anodizing. It's slightly less strong than 6061 but has better ductility and weldability.

    Aluminum Alloy 1050: Characteristics: higher purity, better thermal conductivity but lower strength.

    Aluminum Alloy 7075: Characteristics: extremely high strength, but relatively poor thermal conductivity and more difficult to machine, higher cost, usually not a primary choice for heat sinks.
