MAIN FEATURES
1. Full-Range Electronic Limit Learning Function
Feature: The system does not have preset travel limits from the
factory. A manual calibration is required before first use.
Before Learning: Only short-distance movement of the gate via
remote control or +/- keys on the control board is supported.
After Learning: If the gate is manually moved during a power
outage, the limits must be recalibrated. If a backup battery is
installed, the system functions normally without additional action.
Purpose: Ensures accurate travel limits for the gate, preventing
overtravel and associated risks.
2. Motor Speed Adjustment
Adjustment Method:
Opening Speed: Adjust via control board menu 00 (higher values =
faster speed)
Closing Speed: Adjust via control board menu 01 (higher values =
faster speed)
Application Scenarios: Adjust according to foot/vehicle traffic to
balance efficiency and safety (e.g., fast opening for garage gates,
slow closing in public areas to prevent collisions).
3. Automatic Closing Delay Setting
Parameter Setting: Set menu 25 for delay duration (adjustable from
1 to 250 seconds), then enable the function by setting menu 26 to
1. Default delay is 5 seconds.
Setting Recommendations: Shorter delay for high-traffic areas
(e.g., shopping malls); longer delay for low-traffic areas (e.g.,
warehouses).
4. Soft Start and Stop Function
Feature Description:
Soft Start when Opening (menu 02): Reduces motor impact and extends
service life.
Soft Start when Closing (menu 03): Minimizes gate shaking by
reducing motor impact.
Adjustment Tips: Excessively high values may reduce response speed;
balance smooth operation with performance.
5. Obstacle Rebound Safety Protection
Trigger Condition: During closing, if an obstacle is detected
(impact/resistance), the gate will automatically reverse to open.
Behavior Settings (menu 24):
0 = Pause when obstructed
1 = Reverse and open completely
2 = Reverse to full open, then attempt to close again
Rebound Sensitivity Adjustment: Set via menu 08 (lower values =
higher sensitivity)
Safety Recommendation: Regularly test the rebound sensitivity to
ensure effective anti-pinch protection.
6. Expansion Interfaces and Device Compatibility
Compatible External Devices – Security: Ground sensors, radar,
infrared anti-pinch devices, warning lights, access control
systems.
Smart Control Devices: Facial recognition, fingerprint locks, wall
switches.
