Product description
The helical ribbon mixer is an efficient equipment for mixing

the double-layer helical ribbon inside the container (usually with

Working principle
The working principle of the helical ribbon mixer is based on the
special movement of the helical ribbons to achieve material mixing:
After the equipment is started, the motor drives the double-layer
helical ribbons (the inner and outer helical ribbons rotate in
opposite directions) inside the container to rotate. The inner
helical ribbon will push the material from the middle area of the
mixing container to both ends, while the outer helical ribbon
simultaneously pulls the material from both ends back to the
middle. Through this reciprocating convection circulation of the
material within the container, different components of the material
interpenetrate and diffuse in the continuous relative motion,
ultimately achieving a uniform mixing effect. This design can
effectively reduce dead corners in material mixing and improve
mixing efficiency.
