Product Description
The conical mixer is a commonly used powder mixing equipment in the
pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, with a conical
cylinder as the working space. Its core component is the helical
agitator, whose blades perform both self-rotation and revolution,
promoting the material to move up and down and diffuse radially,
achieving efficient and uniform mixing. This equipment is highly
adaptable to materials that are prone to agglomeration or have
significant density differences, and it features high mixing
efficiency, convenient unloading, and simple operation. It is an
important device for material mixing in industrial production.
Working Principle
The core component of the equipment is the propeller placed inside
the conical cylinder. During operation, the propeller performs two
types of movements simultaneously: one is to rotate rapidly around
its own axis, generating upward thrust and causing the material to
rise along the spiral surface; the other is to move slowly in a
circular motion along the inner wall of the conical cylinder,
enabling the propeller to cover different areas of the material
within the cylinder.
Under the combined effect of these two movements, the materials are
continuously lifted to the upper part of the cone. Due to the force
of gravity, they then spread out in all directions. They are then
re-rolled and pushed upward by the lower propeller, forming a
"lifting - dispersion - re-rolling" cyclic flow. Meanwhile, the
revolution movement ensures that the propeller can act on the
materials in all corners of the cylinder, effectively eliminating
the mixing dead zones, and ultimately achieving the effect of
uniform mixing of different types of materials within a short
period of time.

propeller covers the entire interior of the cylinder. Combined with
the inclined design of the conical bottom, it can effectively
eliminate the mixing blind zone and reduce material residue.

discharging, the inclined angle of the cone can be utilized in
conjunction with the valve to complete the process quickly, and the
operation is stable, maintenance is convenient, and it can reduce
the need for manual intervention.
- Minimal damage to materials: The propeller operates at an
appropriate speed, and the mixing process is gentle, which can
reduce the fragmentation or wear of fragile materials, preserving
the original properties of the materials.
