Sesame flakes are traditional snacks made mainly from sesame seeds.
They have a crispy texture and high nutritional value, and are
widely used for daily consumption, health preservation and as gifts
during festivals. The main ingredients are black or white sesame
seeds, supplemented with sugar (maltose, white granulated sugar),
honey and other binders. Some formulas add peanuts, walnuts, red
dates and other ingredients to enrich the taste.

1.Melting and cooking are combined together in one electromagnetic
pot, adhesive materials cook more quickly. Dry&adhesive
materials will be mixed in the Single shaft horizontal mixer,
mixing more evenly.
2.This production line applies the three-roll-feeding-hopper to
spread the material evenly .
3.This production line adopts fan-cooling to achieve evenly.
4. This production line adopts the vertical/transverse cutting
integrated cutter-head, the cutting size is accurate.
5.This production line adopts fully automatic pillow packaging
adding separating rollers to fast separate and sort the
bars,high-speed packaging.
